    Saturday 10:00-10:50 (NO CLASSES SCHEDULED FOR 3/29/08)
    Abs 10:50-11:00
    $10 per session or $25 for three sessions

    Plyometric exercises are specialized, high intensity training techniques used to develop athletic power (strength and speed). Plyometric training involves high-intensity, explosive muscular contractions that invoke the stretch reflex (stretching the muscle before it contracts so that it contracts with greater force).

  • Youth Speed and Agility Training
    Tuesday 4:15 - 5:15 PM
    $10 per session
    Improved speed.
    Quicker feet.
    Better agility.
    Improved cardio conditioning.
    More explosive running.

  • Group Circuit Training
    Thursday 7:00 PM
    $10 per session for 30 minutes
