Welcome to the Inwood Fitness Center. The facility is located inside the Inwood Soccer Center,in Addison,TX.  Equipped with cardiovascular equipment, selectorized weight machines and free weights, members can develop a comprehensive personal fitness program to reach their fitness goals.
